Senior Customer Success Manager (All Genders)

We are Storyclash - a young, fast growing software company based in Linz, Austria, "Linzer Unternehmen des Jahres" and "Born Global Champion". Consumer brands use our Influencer Marketing Platform to discover and analyze brand-fit creators based on their published content. Our technology allows marketing teams to track and measure the content creator’s work across any social media platform, including Instagram Stories and Tiktok. Through the content-based approach our clients receive high quality insights into the work of influencers, allowing them to look into previously hidden content and beyond vanity metrics.

Storyclash is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (all genders) to join our growing team.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Storyclash you will:

• Be the central point of contact for our existing customers. You proactively maintain and improve relationships with our diverse customer base by having a deep understanding of their issues, needs, and desires, and ensure that they will stay engaged long-term.

• Be the expert for our product. You provide smooth customer onboardings and know how to consult our customers on the optimal use of our software, thus leading them to success

• Identify and seize upselling opportunities at an early stage, making a significant contribution to our sales growth through the development of your customers

• Be an important communication interface. As the voice of the customer, you provide valuable strategic input for our product roadmap and stay in close contact with internal departments.

Additionally, we are looking for someone with:

• Strong people skills, communication talent, and a solution-oriented mindset

• 3+ years of professional experience in customer success (ideally in a B2B SaaS company)

• Strong business acumen and experience articulating value in a way that aligns with customer goals and KPIs.

• Proactive in setting and managing expectations with customers, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines and responsibilities.

• Comfortable managing change and navigating complex org structures.

• Familiarity with Martech, Digital Marketing or Influencer Marketing environments is a plus

• Strong systems and process orientation, confident using tools like Hubspot etc.

• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and wearing multiple hats.

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The minimum salary is EUR 45.000,00 gross per year, excluding commission. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
