We are Storyclash - a young, fast growing software company, "Linzer Unternehmen des Jahres" and "Born Global Champion". Consumer brands use our Influencer Marketing Platform to discover and analyze brand-fit creators based on their published content. Our technology allows marketing teams to track and measure the content creator’s work across any social media platform, including Instagram Stories and Tiktok. Through the content-based approach our clients receive high quality insights into the work of influencers, allowing them to look into previously hidden content and beyond vanity metrics.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring the space is tidy, functional and well-stocked (supplies, snacks, equipment).
  • Manage office access, post, deliveries and liaison with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaners, landlords, caterers).
  • Support desk and equipment setup for new joiners and visitors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for team offsites, conferences and company events (booking transport, accommodation, schedules).
  • Help plan and execute internal celebrations and events (e.g. team lunches, seasonal parties etc).
  • Manage logistics and venue coordination for internal team gatherings, workshops or celebrations.
  • Ensure travel and event budgets are respected and handle related documentation and invoices.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as mail handling, office documentation and minor expense tracking.
  • Act as a support link between departments for operational and logistical needs.
  • Create and maintain a positive, inclusive office culture by supporting employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain employee-facing tools and communication boards (e.g. office info in Notion or Slack).


Your Profile:

  • Experience in office coordination, administration or assistant roles ideally in a dynamic or international environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A problem-solving, hands-on attitude and comfort working independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Comfortable with technology and able to easily learn tools such as Google Workspace, Notion and Slack
  • A service-minded and team-first attitude - you love creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for others.

The minimum salary is EUR 30,400 gross per year on a Full Time basis. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
