Consumer brands use our Influencer Marketing Platform to discover and analyze brand-fit creators based on their published content. Our technology allows marketing teams to track and measure the content creator’s work across any social media platform, including Instagram Stories and Tiktok. Through the content-based approach our clients receive high quality insights into the work of influencers, allowing them to look into previously hidden content and beyond vanity metrics.

Your Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities in alignment with client goals.
- Act as the commercial lead for expansion initiatives, negotiating contract renewals, add-ons and strategic upgrades.
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure a unified client experience and surface expansion opportunities early.
- Understand the customer’s business model, KPIs and roadmap to proactively recommend relevant solutions and features.
- Track and report on account health and expansion pipeline in collaboration with CSM’s SalesOps.
- Align closely with the Head of Sales and Customer Success Managers on joint account strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to tailor value propositions and messaging for expansions.
- Ensure clean documentation and CRM hygiene (HubSpot) for forecasting and pipeline accuracy.
- Contribute to account planning and territory strategy discussions.
- Represent the voice of the customer to influence roadmap and prioritization.
Your Profile:
- 4+ years in Account Management, Customer Success or Sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Proven success in managing commercial relationships and driving account growth.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced organizations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and the customer lifecycle.
- High empathy and communication skills, with an ability to balance client needs with business goals.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and German.
- Bonus: Experience in Influencer Marketing, Martech or Digital Marketing.

The minimum salary is EUR 50,000 gross per year on a Full Time basis excluding commissions. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
